Electricity (City of Laurinburg)
Highland Apartments are serviced by the City of Laurinburg. In order to have your electricity put in your name, you must first call the City of Laurinburg at (910) 276-1521. Any questions concerning the application or billing can be answered at the given number. Any report of power outages can be reported at (910) 276-2364.

If you live in Highland Gardens or Highland Terrace, you will need to contact Piedmont Natural Gas to arrange having the gas turned on. Laurinburg does not have a local office and all transactions will need to be done online at www.piedmontnaturalgas.com or by phone. Toll Free: 1-800-752-7504

AT&T is the local telephone company in our area. To establish or change telephone service, you may contact them 24 hours/day at 1-888-757-6500. Internet Services can be reached at 1-888-321-2375.

Water and Sewer (Laurinburg City Hall, (910) 276-1521)
To have water and sewer turned on, you must go to the Laurinburg City Hall at 303 West Church Street. The following items are required for establishing service; a copy of the lease, drivers license or photo identification, social security card/number, and a deposit or letter of credit excellence from a previous utility company.

Cable Television (222 North Wilkinson Drive)
To install cable television, contact Time Warner Cable at their customer support center at 1-866-892-7201 or their website at www.twcsc.com. All service orders and questions are handled by calling the 866 number. Satellite options may be available in your building. Please call us for details.

Garbage and Recycling Pick-up
The recyclables that are picked up by the City of Laurinburg will be picked up on every other Thursday. There should be a blue plastic recyclable bin located in each apartment storage room.
